Deadlines
Everything is going to have a deadline.
Your homework will have deadlines, your projects will have deadlines, and you will have to take tests before a certain time. You must get in the habit of finishing work and turning things in before the deadline.
Even if you have a lenient teacher who will give you a break on late things, do not take advantage of it! It will be too easy to get in the habit of doing things at the last minute and barely finishing before the deadline.
